HAPPY DOGS THAT ARE GROOMED AT LETS TALK DOGS.
Many pet owners neglect to have their pets groomed in the winter. Why? Mostly what I hear is, "its too cold". It may be cold, but our pets still need professional grooming. Of course they can be left longer, even not trimmed at all during the cold months if this is what you like. But they always need a complete brush out and bathing that I can provide. Nail trimming and ear cleaning is a must all year round too. When clients let their pets go through the winter without professional grooming, their dog ends up coming in with their fur all matted, and then they need to be clipped very short. If you would like to keep your pets style, don't skip those winter visits to Let's Talk Dogs. Keep your pet in style and feeling great all through the year!

Regular grooming promotes healthy skin and coat. In order for an animal’s coat to remain shiny and reduced shedding it requires brushing to remove the dead coat and dander. This brushing will stimulate the healthy oils in the skin, promote new coat growth and lessen the shedding.
Regular cleaning of the ears with help reduce the doggy odor some dogs have. The most common type of ear infection is a yeast infection, by cleaning the ear with a specially formulated ear cleaner will help to change the PH in the ear canal, reducing the chance of ear infections.
Dental disease is the most common ailment in pets, this can be reduced to a minimal problem by regular tooth brushing. Pets need to have their teeth brushed with pet toothpaste, that does not foam and irritate their stomachs. Routine brushing will help with doggy breath and reduce tarter build up.
All of these things can be done by our professional groomers, to help maintain your happy healthy pet.

At Let's Talk Dogs I also recognize that a hygienic environment is of the utmost importance for your pet.
That is why I take the necessary measures to have our floors, tables, and play areas disinfected and vacuumed frequently throughout each day to avoid transmission.
Let's Talk Dogs uses specialized shampoos because all dogs do not require the same shampoo. Some have itchy dry or irritated skin while others have a healthy skin and coat.
I have sepearte play areas for the smaller and bigger dogs. And also have a minimal amount of dogs in my salon at all times. A lot of my client's really appreciate this and know that their dog/dogs have a special time while coming in for their groomings.
